The "Neubau Kirchheim am Neckar" project is planning 29 residential units with balconies or terraces, 44 parking spaces and a location close to shopping facilities and leisure activities for nature lovers.
The "The Urban Terrace" project is currently in the planning stage and will be built southwest of the Neckar river bend in the center of Kirchheim am Neckar. Twenty-nine residential units are planned, offering a choice of 1 to 4 rooms. The apartments will have balconies or terraces, but there are no plans for roof terraces, elevators, or barrier-free access. In addition, 44 parking spaces will be created. There are numerous shops for everyday needs and leisure activities for nature lovers in the immediate vicinity. The integration of smart home technology has not yet been specified.
